About us

Tidey Ocean Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to a registered charity and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tax receipts are issued automatically by email. Recurring donations may be canceled at any time from the receipt email or by contacting donors@tideyocean.org.

Shop purchases

Products purchased through our shop ship within standard handling times. Returns and exchanges are handled case-by-case; email hello@tideyocean.org within 14 days of delivery.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale without permission, or impersonate the organization.

Content ownership

All content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by Tidey Ocean Foundation or used with permission. You may share with attribution; you may not use our content for commercial purposes without a license.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uptime or accuracy of every detail.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
